Return/Exchange Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy:

1.We kindly inform our customers that we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to provide an exchange in the rare event that the product you receive is defective due to a manufacturing issue or has been damaged during transit.

2.To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to assist you promptly and efficiently.

3.Exchanges are available for the same product only. We are unable to accommodate requests to exchange for a different item at this time.


Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact on 9871742399 or via email indiaztrendsshopping@gmail.com and provide video proof of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the manufacturing defect.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, EXCEPT in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part.
An exchange will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.

4.The customer can CANCEL the placed order through dropping a whats app message on 9871742399 within 2 hours of placing the order, after which the cancellation wouldn't be accepted. We will reimburse the customers money within 24 hours of the cancellation request being approved, if and when we accept it.

 

Orders can't be cancelled once we have shipped the product.


RETURNS are not accepted for products once they are delivered to the consumer.
We will only accept returns in the following exceptional situations:
1. If we misspell the name on a customized clutch.
2.The color differs from what it was ordered.
3.The design differs from what was ordered.
To verify this, we would need a suitable product opening video. Please be aware that you have 2 days from the date of delivery to submit an exchange request. When we receive a returned item, it must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. It must also be returned with its original packaging and tags. Items that don't meet the requirements won't be accepted. As soon as the exchange item is confirmed, the replacement order will be shipped. Regardless of the circumstances, Indiaztrend has the exclusive authority to approve a customer's request to cancel.

In all other circumstances, Indiaztrend is unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges. We kindly ask that you consider this policy before making your purchase.
